Roses & Bread strives to meet requirements for the color, variety, size, and quantity of fresh floral materials, and customers understand that these fresh products and materials are subject to the laws of nature. If it is not possible to match the original contract products with the highest quality, Roses & Bread will decide to substitute with products of equal or higher value.

 

Once flowers leave the premises of Roses & Bread, they are no longer responsible for the arrangements. Roses & Bread is not liable for contract items damaged during the event due to weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, wind, etc.).

 

If the quality of the flowers received is not suitable for your floral order, Roses & Bread reserves the right to make replacements. In such cases, the integrity of the proposed color scheme will be maintained, and flowers of equal value will be used. Each arrangement is subject to flower availability and seasonality.

 

Acknowledgment of Understanding: I have read this disclaimer and fully understand its terms, and I understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I acknowledge that I am signing this agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend by my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
